I know many of us are opting for the summer staycation vs. leaving on vacation this year, but I’ve grown tired of the same old stay-home scenery. We have finally started working on our back yard!!, but like many of us, the budget doesn’t allow us to do it all at once!
There are a lot of budget friendly options so I wanted to start making a few purchases. I want to make the most of our outdoor space so we can start having more gatherings with the family all year round.
So I have gathered some inspiration for dining, gathering & amp; playing outdoors!
The one thing I did purchase was a hammock! Who wouldn’t want a place to enjoy & relax in during the day or evenings.

With all the rain we have been having I want to make sure the bad weather doesn’t ruin any of my plans, so a pergola or outdoor covering is a must for me!

I love the idea of a large table with linens, real table settings, flowers & candles. So I am hoping to find an antique table and mixed match chairs. These photos are so inspiring

The most important part of an outdoor entertaining area is a relaxing space to gather. I am at the stage that I want quality furniture that will last. But when you first start out you realize how expensive outdoor furniture can be, so shop within your budget, you can find some great pieces to accomlish the look!

You are never too old to play games! I want to have lawn activities on the larger scale. I am lucky that my husband is handy, but if yours isn’t, there are so many sources to purchase great lawn games.
