I love the look of a well pulled together landscape. Curb appeal is so important, but how do you accomplish it?
It’s a lot like decorating the interior of your home
- Layering
- Texture
- Color
- Creativity

You all know I just purchased a new home and we are renovating the interior this year. So the outside is not getting done this year. But that doesn’t mean I can’t have “curb appeal”.
So I cleaned out the front garden and now I can see any perennial plants that are already planted. Surprisingly there is a nice amount sprouting! A lot of it is ground cover, so that will give texture to the garden. Now my plan is to add color with some flowers both annual & perennial.
I’m also planning to add a bench to the front lawn with a potted plant on each side then add some potted plant and furniture to the front porch.
So now I need some inspiration……..

I love the use of rocks to edge the front of the garden

Perfect mix of color and layering
I hope you continue to follow my journey so you can see how my garden turns out. I would love to see how your gardens look and what type of flowers you planted.
